  • Laura Friday

Floor Manager - Front of the House
Laura Friday started as a server here at Vintage Grill and Car Museum in June 2016. She has been in and out of the restaurant industry for 24 years and collectively has 15 years of experience under her belt. As a teenager, Laura started her hospitality career at Don Pablo’s in Fort Worth, Texas. Later she moved on to bigger and better things as a trainer for Razoo’s. Laura honed most of her communication and customer services skills while training servers to be their best for Razoo’s. In 2009, Laura moved from Fort Worth to Weatherford, Texas with her daughter Maddison. After working several years, Laura realized she missed the exciting environment of the restaurant industry and came to work here at Vintage Grill and Car Museum, and we’re glad she did. Shortly after being hired she was promoted to front of house manager. When Laura is not running the floor at Vintage Grill and Car Museum, she is sewing, attending concerts of all genres, and spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. Laura is a strong supporter of the American Heart Association and Wigs for Kids. She also knits hats for premature babies and donates them to local hospital NICU departments.
  • Chase Love

    Sous Chef
Chase Love has been with Vintage Grill and Car Museum since it open in January 2015. He started out as a line cook and has worked his way up to the Sous Chef position. Chase is responsible for making the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently. He is also the liaison between the executive chef and the kitchen staff. Chase is a self-taught chef and manager. He attributes much of his cooking skills and talents to the time he spent working at Wild Mushroom in Weatherford, Texas. Chase is passionate about the restaurant industry and one day hopes to open his own concept with his older brother, Frankie. When Chase is not working his magic in the kitchen at Vintage Grill and Car Museum, he is at home spending time with his two baby girls, watching and enjoying anything and everything Star Wars!
